Events & Ticketing

Your event, your money.

Run free RSVPs or sell paid tickets, with revenue that settles straight to your own account. Ardent gives you the tools, the tickets, and the reach, and never sits between you and your attendees.

Paid tickets settle directly to you, via your own payment keys

One flat listing fee, never a cut of your ticket sales

QR tickets, door check-in, and a venue map in every receipt

Sell, host, and check them in

From a free community meetup to a paid conference, Ardent handles the whole lifecycle, with the money model tilted entirely in your favour.

Free RSVPs or paid tickets

Run a free event with RSVPs, or add paid ticket tiers with capacity limits. Mix and match: you decide how people get in.

Your money, your account

Paid ticketing uses your own Paystack keys, so buyers pay you directly and funds settle into your account. Ardent never holds your ticket revenue.

QR tickets & fast check-in

Every attendee gets a scannable QR ticket by email. At the door, check people in within seconds and watch your guest list update live.

Tickets that find the venue

Ticket and receipt emails embed a signed map of the venue, so nobody gets lost on the way to your event.

Discover on the map

Attendees browse in-person events on an interactive map and a 'near me' view, so your event is found by the people closest to it.

One flat platform fee

Listing an event costs a single, flat platform fee, never a percentage of every ticket. What you sell is what you keep.

Live in four steps

01

Create your event

Add the details, date, and venue (with a map), then set free RSVPs or paid ticket tiers.

02

Connect your payouts

Add your own Paystack keys so paid-ticket revenue lands directly in your account, not ours.

03

Sell & RSVP

Share your event. Attendees reserve or buy, and receive a QR ticket plus a venue map by email.

04

Check them in

Scan tickets at the door, manage your guest list in real time, and welcome your crowd.

Straight facts

Ardent never sits in the middle of your ticket money.

Paid ticketing runs on your own payment keys. Ticket revenue settles straight to you, and the only money Ardent ever collects is one flat listing fee.

Paid tickets use the organiser's own Paystack keys: funds settle directly to you, never to Ardent.

Services and off-platform arrangements settle between you and your attendees; Ardent custodies nothing.

The only fee Ardent charges is a single flat platform fee to list an event, with no per-ticket percentage.

Every ticket is a verifiable QR pass with a check-in trail, and receipts even embed a map to the venue.

Free RSVP events cost nothing and need no payment keys at all.

Refunds and disputes run on your own payment account. Ardent is never a party to the transaction.

Questions, answered

Through your own Paystack keys, which you connect to your event. Buyers pay you directly and the revenue settles into your account exactly like any other Paystack sale. Ardent is not in the payment flow, so there is no waiting on a platform to pay you out and no risk of your money being held.

A single, flat platform fee to publish an event, and nothing more. There is no percentage taken from your ticket sales, no per-attendee charge, and no payout fee. If you sell a thousand tickets or five, the platform fee is the same, so the more you sell, the more the model works in your favour.

Yes. Free RSVP events are free to run and free to attend, and they need no payment keys at all. You only connect Paystack if and when you decide to add paid ticket tiers, so a community meetup can go live in minutes with nothing to configure.

No app required. Every attendee receives a scannable QR ticket by email, and that same email embeds a signed map to the venue. At the door you scan tickets to check people in within seconds, and your guest list updates live as they arrive.

You do, on your own Paystack account, because that is where the money went. Since Ardent never held the funds, refunds and chargebacks are settled directly between you and the buyer through your payment provider, on your terms.

In-person events appear on an interactive map and a 'near me' view, so people physically close to your venue can find it, alongside standard browsing and your own shareable event link. Discovery is built to connect you with the crowd most likely to actually turn up.

Put your event in front of the right crowd.

Beautiful listings, QR ticketing, live check-in, and a map to your door, with every cedi of ticket revenue landing where it belongs: with you.
