The Marketplace is a trust and discovery layer that connects providers with the people and causes who need them. Both sides arrange and settle payment directly between themselves. Ardent never processes, holds, or takes a cut of marketplace payments. After a service is delivered, both parties confirm what happened and leave a review, building an honest, public track record.

Free and RSVP events are completely free to host. For paid ticketing, organizers connect their own Paystack or Hubtel account, so ticket revenue settles directly to them, never to Ardent. Ardent charges a one-time flat, non-refundable GHS 699 platform fee per paid event. Your attendees pay only the ticket price you set; no Ardent fee is added at checkout.

Posting a job, applying, and in-app messaging are free for employers and candidates, and Ardent never handles money between them. Two optional paid features exist: a voluntary support tip, a gift to the Ardent Africa Foundation that helps keep the service running, and featuring a job to pin it to the top of results (GHS 100 for a 30-day window, charged on Ardent's own Paystack and non-refundable). A real employer never charges applicants.

Opening a room, listening and speaking are free. There is no ticketing, no tipping and no payment of any kind inside a durbar, and Ardent holds no money in connection with one. Recorded rooms leave a public replay at no cost to the host.

Creating a poll or a survey, sending it out and collecting responses are free, whatever your account type. Nobody is paid to answer one and nobody pays to answer one.
